PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade toolkit for interacting with PagerDuty, enabling LLMs to query and manage incidents, on-call schedules, teams, services, and escalation policies via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign to a specific user.
  • Activity feed: List log entries showing the full incident event history—triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions—across the account.
  • On-call & scheduling: List on-call entries with optional filters and browse all schedules.
  • Teams, users & services: List or retrieve teams (with members and linked resources), users (including fuzzy search by name/email), and services (with name search); fetch individual records by ID.
  • Escalation policies: List all escalation policies or fetch a single policy by ID.
  • Identity: Retrieve the authenticated user's PagerDuty profile including contact and notification summaries.

OAuth

This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using PagerDuty as the provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for configuration details.
