Dropbox Toolkit

Arcade's Dropbox toolkit lets LLMs interact with a user's Dropbox account to browse, search, and retrieve files via the Dropbox API.

Capabilities

  • File retrieval: Download files by path or ID (either identifier is accepted).
  • Folder listing: List all items (files and folders) inside a given folder path, with cursor-based pagination support.
  • Search: Query files and folders by search criteria across Dropbox, returning up to 10,000 items cumulatively across paginated responses using a cursor token.
  • Pagination: All multi-result operations support cursor-based pagination; when resuming, only the cursor is required — no need to repeat other arguments. Note that individual items may appear on multiple pages.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Dropbox provider. See the Arcade Dropbox auth provider docs for setup details.
