Reddit Toolkit
The Reddit toolkit connects Arcade to Reddit via OAuth, enabling LLMs to read content, interact with posts and comments, and manage submissions on behalf of authenticated users.
Capabilities
- Account & identity: Retrieve the authenticated user's username and their own post history.
- Subreddit exploration: Check subreddit existence and accessibility, fetch post listings (new, top, controversial, etc.) with metadata, and retrieve subreddit rules.
- Post content retrieval: Fetch the full body of a single post or batch-fetch multiple posts in one request.
- Engagement: Comment on posts, reply to existing comments, and submit new text posts to a subreddit.
OAuth
This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Reddit provider. See the Reddit auth provider docs for setup instructions, required scopes, and configuration details.
